Fleur Hargreaves10/21/2026

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Wednesday that countries around the world are still cooperating and working with Iran despite US sanctions. According to Iran's Fars news agency, Pezeshkian accused Trump of openly threatening to steal Iran’s oil and gas, in comments delivered during a ceremony for Iran’s National Export Day. He said that Iran would never let the US president “seize it”, adding that “they thought that by assassinating our leader, they could tear the country apart”.
