Man wanted on conspiracy , fraud charges believed to be in Montgomery area

MONTGOMERY, Ala. ( WSFA ) - Federal authorities are searching for a man wanted on charges of conspiracy to commit bank and mail fraud. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service has issued a federal warrant for the arrest of Mathew Devante Harvest, who investigators believe may be in or traveling through the Montgomery area. Anyone who sees Harvest is urged not to approach or attempt to detain him, but to contact law enforcement immediately.
